My visit was great. Joy was very personable and I am so glad she convinced me to try dyeing my eyebrows too. She was very careful and thought a lot about what would be best for me. Would definitely recommend!

The lady working here was very friendly but I am not too happy with the quality of the shellactreatment I had here last week. To be honest I'm still not sure if it really was shellac; there were no base- or topcoats, just two layers of the polish which needed to be dried under the lamp for a very long time. The next day already two of my nails had chipped (I have never had this with a shellac treatment from any other salon). During the treatment the lady did offer a 1 week guarantee; would they chip within a week I could come back. As I was going on a holiday the day after this was not really an option for me but of course it was nice of her that she mentioned this. I was supposed to have a pedicure as well but they did not offer this anymore since a couple of weeks. This was not Beauty by Rosa's fault as it wasn't adjusted in the Treatwell system when I booked it. However I only found out about this when I arrived there. It would've been nice to get a heads up from the salon before the visit. I even spoke with the lady on the phone the day before where she said that the pedicure that I was going to have was a normal pedicure (over a medical pedicure). Felt that it was a bit strange that she did not mention this during our phone call as she then already knew that they did not offer pedicures anymore. To summarise, I would not go back here for any nailtreatments. I was surprised about my experience as I saw many good reviews. As the lady mentioned, the salon is mainly focused on the massages, and I think that those good reviews are about the massagetreatments and not about the nailtreatments.
