I had a terrible experience. The Brazilian waxing treatment I had booked was actually the worst I have ever had (in over 10 years). The beautician was cold and dismissive and made me feel unwelcome. I first thought it was her personality but she then warmly greet 2 clients who were coming in as I was leaving. The waxing was AWFUL. The beautician first used STRIPS which you don't do for bikini and then switched to the normal wax. I had bruises and chunks of wax were left all over my bikini area.
