The salon is nice and clean but the owner is rude. She did the waxing super quick, saying she wanted to minimize the time during which I would be in pain but she missed a lot of parts so at home I still had to do some of it myself. Apart from that she made absolutely no effort to make me feel comfortable by acting in a condescending / authoritative manner. It was an unpleasant experience overall. I walked out a bit startled / shocked.

After my initial positive experience I have become a regular so I don't post reviews every time, but just to say that I am still a very satisfied customer with Sarune. She really takes care to go the extra mile, she remembers my preferences and adjusts accordingly, even though I only come maybe every month or so! The salon is very small and cozy, and Sarune gives a personal touch, and is very classy. She also has a side business making high-quality flower bouquets! Highly recommended!!
