I had booked a mani- and pedicure for 18:30, which was supposed to take an hour in total. It was 18:50 before my pedicure even started. The man doing my pedicure took a phone call on his mobile during my treatment, and went to look for a nailpolish for an other customer in the back room and was gone for 10 min and left me waiting. He never apologized for my treatment starting late, or taking phone calls or disappearing in the back room during my treatment. I didn't want my toenails to be painted, because I couldn't wait to get out of there. So in the end I didn't get a manicure either. Very, very disappointing and bad service. Never again!

Ondanks de vriendelijke mensen kom ik op basis van de hygiëne en ambiance niet meer terug.

Mijn manicure had iets subtieler gekund (bloedende nagelriemen die toen met alcohol werden gedept). De wenkbrauwen zijn prima gedaan al heb ik naderhand nog wel een paar haartjes moeten verwijderen.
