The personell is very welcoming and friendly. Salon looks a bit simple and/or outdated, ambiance is not too cosy. The soft hands and care of the lady who did the facials balanced it out a bit and ensured I still left quite happy (nothing went wrong, but not great either). Would I return, not really. I wish the salon was cosy and warm, and welcoming in its appearance. Then I would return. The staff was super kind!

Good result, but more painful than I experienced in other saloons. It didn't look very clean, with spots on towels.
