Ze was een perfectionist, wat voor een dergelijke behandeling érg fijn was (brazilian en volledige benen). Geen haartje werd overgeslagen, het was zo goed als pijnloos en het gebeurde in een hele fijne (en hygiënische) sfeer. Een dikke aanrader dus.

Ioanna was extremely friendly and really went the extra mile to make her space super safe, non-judgemental and comfortable. She was so lovely about everything and talked me through every step. I can't recommend her enough. :)

My facial was so calming and refreshing as always. 10/10 recommend this place for great facials and well-educated specialist! It’s my go-to place. Ioanna knows how to make you feel super relaxed but in the same time to create a cozy, friendly and calming experience. I am super happy to have found her a few years ago and I always come back for facials. I have had acne problems and while healing from it, this is not only a game changer but also so so awesome as an experience.
