Informal style of welcoming but Silvia is kind and very sweet. Unfortunately just got one treatment since one staff person (although not specified) was missing. I could have been advised about this before but they refunded me immediately for that

Bij aankomst werd ik vriendelijk ontvangen en kon ik meteen door naar de kamer voor de extensions. Ondanks dat de dame geen nederlands sprak heeft zij mijn wimpers naar wens gedaan. Ben er dan ook heel blij mee.

She forgot my appointment, she told her colleague to remove the lash extensions on my eyes. The problem is i discovered during the removal that he was not a certified lash technician so he wasn't sure of what he was doing. In fact my eyes were burning in the end and i had discomfort for one day after that. You're working with people eyes and faces. You should not do this kind of stuff.

Vanwege switch naar andere salon waren mijn wimpers niet in de allerbeste conditie. Silvia heeft het desondanks iets supermoois van gemaakt. Wimpers voelen licht aan, maar zien er toch mooi gevuld uit. Ook fijn dat ze nog na kantoortijden open is, zodat ik na werk nog langs kan. Top!
