Overbooked, had to wait 50 minutes, lashes were very poorly done, ‘one by one’ treatment, there were multiple lashes glued with large amount of glue to one lash. Wouldn’t recommend

My facial was not performed by Silvia, and they never told me their name. She twice took a phonecall in the room during the facial, and left the room several times with the door open. I felt uncomfortable as I had my top off and a towel over my chest. It was also very noisy outside the room and not relaxing at all. The microdemabrasian part of the facial lasted only about 10 minutes and I am not satisfied with the results. I wish I hadn't wasted my time & money.
