I booked on the day and had never been (it's a new studio), but was really happy with the venue, the hairdressers, and my new look. I had initially booked balayage via Treatwell, but once there, they suggested baby lights would better create the look I wanted. I trusted their opinion; they are experienced and friendly. Overall, very happy.
