Me and my friend both had waxing appointments at this salon. After the appointment, we both experienced burnt and damaged skin, darkness of skin, and a lot of pain. This was clearly due to both the wrong temperature of wax being used and poor technique. After more than 2 weeks, we are still feeling the after effects of this treatment. We received our money back after complaining about this terrible experience, but highly recommend other visitors to reconsider waxing.
