My friend in Croatia is a CND educator and she has been doing my nails whenever I visit, and I love it so much that I have been searching for a good CND place in Den Haag. Unfortunately, this is not it. The manicure I received was mediocre at best. When the CND educator does my nails, they are so flawless that they can be photographed for a magazine cover. But here it was a bit of a sloppy job...quickly and not sufficiently buffed, edges are ragged, top coat not evenly applied. However, it was cheaper than the last salon I tried so at least that's less disappointing. But my search for a quality CND manicure continues.
