Not happy at all. I explicitly told them to only cut 2 cm, but she just kept cutting cause she made a mistake and one side turned out shorter than the other. So she wanted to "even" it out but ofc, in the end, I left with 5 cm shorter hair. She acted like nothing had happened. I am still really pissed and I will never go back, nor would I ever recommend to anyone I care about.
