The ambiance and cleanliness could be improved a little. There were hairs and bits of wax on the ground, and the lighting was harsh. However, the lady waxing me was super friendly. She didn't explain much (it was my first time), but she went straight to work, and before I could get nervous half of it was done. She worked tidy and quick, in less than 10 minutes I was outside again. The brazilian was done neatly and nicely, and nothing hurt more than you'd expect. I will probably return!
