I am a student. It is my birthday soon so I decided to spoil myself and get Dark Chocolate Cherry hair color with a few highlights. What I got was orange/brown color and no highlights. The lady redid it after I told her this is Not what we agreed on. I thank her for making my hair darker although it was Again not the color I requested. The highlights she did after are simply awful. There are clear markings and they are misplaced. To be honest, it is the worst color job I have had in 32 years.
