Had a men’s facial with Erika and it was amazing! It was my first ever time receiving a facial. Due to being a former swimmer my skin needed a lot of work, Erika done a fantastic job! She is very talented, kind, has a lovely personality and the atmosphere is super relaxing. I will definitely be coming back for another facial! Thank you ☺️

She was friendly but service was dissapointing.I booked for microdermabrasion and cleanser, my main reason going there being microdermabrasion but found out that she did not do it. She only mentioned after completing the process and also because I asked about it. She also charged the full amount for microdermabrasion and cleansing(59 Eur) although she did not do it. My time wasted. It would be great to tell a client if you wont do it before starting process and doing halfway. I feel ripped
