I went there to do a simple removal of gel polish and I ended up with weak nails. The removal was painful and I still can’t grow out my nails a month after. Although the lady was polite I don’t think she has the experience to deal with nails and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Benaz is a kind person and put me at ease, but took much longer on my manicure than the appt time, and forgot that I had also booked a pedi until I reminded her. Because she had a client after me, she rushed the pedicure so much that she skinned off part of my toe during the foot filing, causing a lot of blood. When another client showed up at the location, I was asked to walk on bare feet, with my bleeding toe, on the salon floor to another room. Manicure results were sloppy. I will not return.

Benaz is erg gedetailleerd en neem echt de tijd voor je tijdens de behandeling(PMU/ gel lak/ high lights); het resultaat mag er dan ook zijn!😊👍
