In my previous appointment with @Bico, my highlights were done very well. However, in this last treatment I had a very bad experience. I asked that my hair be a more solid blonde colour and my brown roots be fixed. My hair was bleached for 20 minutes and then toned and I came out with very brassy roots which contrasted poorly with the rest of my very blonde highlighted hair. It didn't look terrible when I left the salon but it did not look good and as the days went by my roots got even more orange. I contacted the hairdresser about this the following day. Her responses were about every 24 hours. She read my messages without answering and I felt ignored. I finally decided to go to another salon to have them fix it. It cost me more than triple to fix my hair at the other salon than the treatment I paid here. I again contacted the hairdresser to ask that I be given the money back for my hair treatment, she responded much quicker to this message than my previous messages. She refused to give me all my money back and said that I should've come to the salon and not gone somewhere else. Yes, I could have come back to the salon but she wasn't answering my messages and I didn't really trust her anymore to fix my hair. She said she would give me half of the money I paid her for the treatment but it has now been weeks and I have not received any money back after giving her my payment information. @Bico is a good salon, I really liked this hairdresser but she made a mistake and did not own up to it nor did she compensate me in any way for it.
