The lady who washed my hair was fantastic. She did a great massage, knew how to put the right temperature (not a given) and consulted me further on my needs. Unfortunately, I don't speak Dutch so when I asked for a trim but no layers as I wanted to grow them out I still received them. This is unfortunately the second time at this salon that this happens. I assume this was due to a language barrier as well. On the upside the use plant based colors which is super!

Serdar is een kundige kapper die mijn haar erg netjes en snel heeft geknipt, ondanks dat mijn haar erg lastig kan zijn om goed te knippen. Ik ben tevreden!
