Voor klantvriendelijkheid een 10 maar ik vond de behandeling pijnlijker dan gewend en was helaas niet haarloos. Ik had een blauwe plek en zat onder de sugar toen ik thuis kwam. Ik zag de dame ook met haar gebruikte handschoen en sugar, terug in de pot gaan om meer bij te pakken. Hier had zij mijn Brazilian mee gedaan. Super onhygiënisch.
