When I arrived at my booked appointment time there was a slight wait, as each member of staff was already busy. However there were a lot of magazines to read in the waiting area. I was then led to the wash basin, and quickly transferred to the chair for my blow dry. The staff member I had was very efficient, and she did a lovely job (I just had a simple blow-out with a slight curl) and left feeling a million dollars!
