The staff was super rough with my hands/nails, very rushed, hurt my hands a bit, they also charged extra for a manicure, and cut my cuticles (which I never ask for) which they told was included in my booking when I called beforehand. The gel polish is laid on very thick and even has bubbles on certain nails. I won’t be coming back here again, it’s a shame because they had a nice selection of colors.

De kleur die ik koos kwam totaal niet overeen wat met ze op mijn nagels deed. Dit kwam omdat ze geen Nederlands of Engels sprak en mij niet begreep na 3 keer uitleggen welke kleur ik wilde. Eerst ging het ook al fout met een hele andere kleur daarna nogmaals. Dit is erg spijtig want ik ben erg ontevreden met deze kleur, het lijkt er echt helemaal niet op! Ik heb het proberen uit te leggen maar dat begrepen ze helaas niet.
