Literally only lasted 30 mins. Complained about my nails being short and hard to shape. She cut them oddly and they’re all irregular. She made an excuse to not do the scrub as it would open my skin? No moisturising was offered. I booked for nail polish and that was not done either. Absolute ripoff. The place is very pretty but paying so much for something I could have done better at home is unbelievable.
