It never happened before with her, they changed the place and didn't send me an email telling me the change, I found it because I check the automatic email for the reservation, so I got there 10 minutes late, but the girl was busy and made me wait for 30 minutes more, the service she normally takes 45 minutes she did in 15, and was incomplete, I still had hairs, she didn't even use the tweezers for cleaning the area of little hairs, she touched the phone while working and then didn't change the gloves, and she used some sort of metal spatula for the soft wax, for spreading it on my skin and then put that thing back again in the wax, not sanitary at all. I don't know if was because she rushed so she wouldn't be late for the next costumer but really was not nice, I also got a lot of ingrown hairs and pimples after that. I'm not coming back

Vandaag voor de eerste keer een volledige Brazilian Wax gehad. Jane gaf duidelijk uitleg en stelde me erg op mijn gemak, zeer professioneel. De salon zag er erg hygiënisch uit. Super blij met het resultaat!
