Today I was very disappointed. The lady that attempted to do my waxing apparently had never used that type of wax so it took a very long time and the result was terrible. I asked to be waxed by someone else and the result was better. I was expecting at least an apology but it did not happen.

Wow brow behandeling was zoals altijd erg goed! Abigail weet precies hoe ze mijn wenkbrauwen het beste kan shapen. Ik was een vaste klant in west maar ben blij dat er nu een vestiging is in Oost. Prachtige ruime locatie.

I felt really uncomfortable during my visit (lash lift). During the whole procedure no one explained me what was happening which feels weird when you lie there with closed eyes. I also felt unsafe because there were no masks at the studio and this is a situation where you get really close to a lot of people, this was communicated different before. The lash lift is ok, but quite uneven with a lot of crooked lashes. The procedure burnt a lot. The next morning I woke up with red eyes + pain, now ok
