I had my treatment with Chaimae, and it was quite disappointing. The treatment started 10’mis late and it took exactly no more than 5mins. No personal approach, no attention to detail and no good final result. Also at the end there was no cleaning on the face, or any oil or cream to smooth it.I also don’t feel the instruments were cleaned and used the same as from the previous client. Will go again to the saloon as I like it, but not with Chaimae, as I didn’t like it at all.

The salon is very welcoming and nice. The only minus point is that some parts were not waxed completely and there are still hair left. I contacted the salon right away but they are not very responsive. Tried to reschedule another appointment for followup but it has been almost 5 days still no response...
