Once i was there they said that the girl that could do the treatment left and that i had to reschedule (?) to another time. They did not offer any alternative nor at least a voucher to make up for the inconvenience

I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied. I came home and booked an appointment somewhere else that could remove my hair completely. Sin of my money!
