She was a nice person, but the overal the experience and result was not good. My hair did not stay in shape for 1min, they also did not have the products for it at all. The hair dryer and straightener were old and no protective products. My hair was washed with cold water. At the end I had to pay extra money because my hair was too heavy, fine I understand if you do extra effforr. But afterwards on the website I saw very different prices for the service I got.i feel scammed
