I spent 5 hours for 2,5 hours treatment!! After balayage, toner was applied.It was way lighter than I wanted. When I told them, Bryan said no problem we can make it darker. Meanwhile, he applied root dye. After they he washed all, my balayage was still lighter color than I want and my root was red!! They applied dye again without any apology. I had dark roots with yellow balayage. Horrible! I reach them out by email but no reply and changed my treatwell status as cancelled to prevent my comment
