I need to be totally honest: first time I had an appointment at Brushing I was extremely happy with the results of my henna brown. So that I returned. However, the second time I definitely did not have the same positive experience: my browns were uneven, with holes and hurting. I questioned and the response I got was that my browns were already like that. NOT TRUE! She simply removed more than she should and my browns looked terrible. I left very disappointed with the treatment.
