Very good first impression :) She was welcoming and kind, the place was extremely clean and put in order. Charlotte was very thoughtful about my requirements at the beginning of the appointment and extremely gentle and professional in her work during this one hour treatment. Unlike other places I’ve visited, she first took care of the nail base itself , the cuticles and nail shape- a real manicure, not just gellak! We had some nice chat as well . Overall happy with the choice :)

Salon ziet er netjes uit en Charlotte is erg vriendelijk en kundig. Heb veel plezier gehad van mijn gelakte nagels.
