I booked the treatment in the afternoon for a late evening appointment. A few hours later as I was on my way roughly about 2mins away from the Salon, when I receive a call to hear my appointment has been cancelled. The owner explained she was cancelling my appointment as she wanted to fit in a regular customer, less than 5 minutes before my appointment time. I find that so rude and unprofessional to cancel last minute in favour of someone else.
