I had an appointment for Brazilian wax. Sisu (sorry if I’ve got the name wrong) was very friendly and her approach was very gentle and meticulous. The salon was clean and smelled good. My only complaint would be that no one was around when I arrived for my appointment and I wondered if the salon was closed. I called and could hear the phone ring but no one attended to it. Then, I sent an email informing them I had arrived. A little after 5 mins, one of their staff arrived and opened the door for me. So no harm done. Everything else was great!
