Felt uncomfortable from the start, weren’t greeted properly or told anything about what to expect from each treatment
The massage felt rushed and we were left in the room for periods without being told what was going on
No communication of what the treatments were or asked preferences, even on the facial, and the reflexology was more of a 5 min foot rub
There was a lot of background noise from the salon and sounded like a lot of people were walking in/out of the room all the time

Very good massage! Really knows how to feel where the knots are and knows how to massage them away :). I can really recommend this venue if you're in need of a massage!

Mooie salon met echt balinese sfeer. Ik moest even wachten, er leek eerst niemand aanwezig. De behandeling begon wat laat, waardoor het korter dan een uur was (terwijl ik 60 min had geboekt). Verder werd er vrijwel tot niet gecommuniceerd. De behandeling zelf was prima. Wel had de masseuse nepnagels waardoor dat soms erg onprettig over mijn huid voelde.
