It’s like you are in a military mission, afraid to make mistakes. They act like you’re freaking stupid, unaware of the “technique”, whilst I NEVER EVER experienced pain during treatment until here. The layer of gel was way too tick, burning like crazy. I was blamed for the pain because I was not keeping my fingers straight (with an angry face). She acted like my English was poor, although she meant to keep my nail straight, not my finger
