The studio itself is very nice, and the hairdresser was friendly and professional. The haircut itself was good. My problem was logistics. I originally booked my appointment for 1:30pm. They called me and asked if I could move it to 2pm, which I had no problem with. I showed up promptly at 2pm. However, I wasn't seated for my haircut until 2:50pm - almost an hour after my original scheduled appointment. There was no communication from the staff about what was going on. I will not be returning.

Ondanks dat de behandeling wat uitliep heeft al het personeel hun uiterste best gedaan om ervoor te zorgen dat mijn haar perfect zat voor een gala. Erg tevreden en kan deze salon iedereen aanraden!
