When I came in I was warmly welcomed. The process of me getting my hair dyed cut and styled was elegant, hygienic, pleasant and kind. It took me about two hours to get it fully done, and it was well worth it, as I love my hair more than ever before. I catch myself staring at myself in the mirrors for minutes, simply admiring my hair.

I called the salon to say I was running a little late. When I arrived I was not acknowledged and sat waiting for a further 20 minutes, still with no contact from staff. Even after a toner was applied the root colour was too yellow/warm for me. I shared my opinion at the salon, the hairdresser said it was nice but I didn’t like it.
