After so many times being satisfied with the services, this time I was really disappointed. 15 min after coloring my roots I got first degree burns on my ears and forehead. I left with green hair and severe burns and still was forced to pay for the service. I did pay but I am never coming back. Not gonna call and discuss the matter afterwards, the damage is already done. You dealt with the issue in a very unprofessional manner after so many years of being your client, now you lost me. 👎🏻 jammer
