I got the trigger point massage done and I had a really good experience. The masseuse had good knowledge overall and is medically trained (in a medical school) to give massages unlike many who just take a course in it. She first asked my questions to understand the issue and was realistic with me about how much can be fixed in one session. She made conversation thought-out the massage to distract me from the pain. Overall good experience and would recommend it for any kind of massage.

Inmiddels alweer mijn vierde massage gehad bij Alexandra. Het is fijn dat zij nog herinnert wat mijn pijnlijke punten zijn en daar direct op kan focussen.

De massage heeft me enorm geholpen. Het was heel anders dan ik had verwacht maar mijn lichaam kwam helemaal tot rust. Ik kom zeker terug voor deze behandeling. Triin bedankt!
