The first day I changed my appointment (called the salon to see if it was possible and they said yes). I came in and had to wait 20 minutes because they were not finished with the previous client.. Next day, as I am leaving my house I get a call that the appointment needs to be rescheduled (30 minutes later).. The technicians ASSURED me they could do the nail art design I wanted.. this was not the case.
