I've trusted my hair in the hands of Lea for nearly ten years and I will happily do so for the rest of my lifetime. She's truly the best to handle my curls, kind bubbly and full of fun facts - overall lovely to conversate with. She's caring, makes time to listen to what I've got in mind for a cut and advises me well and honest on that. I've learned a whole lot from her about hair products and what not's. I was looking forward to my appointment and first she asked me to reschedule because she was in another location what she advertised. Next time i rescheduled her she sent me an email and called sick 50minutes before my appointment which was at 12 and i was already on my way, luckily i checked my emails on time. I wish for customers would have a cancelation policy aswell for wasting time
