I love CZN but this time I was a bit disappointed with Yaman. I'd like to have the option when I book my appointment to have the option to choose for the name of the stylist.

The haircut was nice and Yaman as my hairdresser is friendly and professional. However, I hate to say that my experiences with CZN isn't really that nice... I've come here 2 times, and both experiences feel very cold & feel like rejected, especially by the owner. I would understand if its the vibe of the place, but the staffs are friendly to every customers except for me and on one time, a south-asian looking dude. I really hope it's not about race, esp in Amsterdam in 2023.

Yaman was een relaxte en rustige gozer, met oog voor detail. Hij was niet de hele tijd aan het woord en dat gaf extra rust aan mijn ervaring. Als ik nog eens in de buurt ben ga ik zeker opnieuw langs
