I started with the detox plan of Dani and it worked like a charm. I lost 3 kg in one week and meanwhile she also helped a lot via whatsapp with tips and also encouragement. Although the detox plan is easy to follow and not only reduces weight but gives u a constant energy. If u vary enough with fruit en veggies u feel great!
