Ik had een afspraak om 13:00, maar werd pas om 13:55 geholpen, dat was wel vrij lang wachten....Eigenaar en personeel zijn verder prima aardig en hebben oog voor details!

The woman who waxed me, on a personal level, was really nice. BUT they were an hour behind schedule, which I am a very patient person and was okay with... until I got into the waxing room. I have been waxed, suragered, you name it but never like this. Not only was it the most painful experience, it was the worth. I almost left half way through. The wax was out on boiling hot, and then literally picked off me. Horrible. I got home to patches of hair left and a huge BURN! That's right.. an actual burn mark.I wouldn't have even let them pay me €35 to go through that again.
