Ik kon heel snel terecht, vriendelijke dames die hun vak verstaan. Ik had een andere behandeling gepland maar tijdens de behandeling wilde ik toch wat anders en dat was geen probleem! Heel fijn en mijn nagels zijn super mooi geworden!

The man that made my nails didn’t speak any English or Dutch. We had a lot of problems in communicating and figuring out how to make my nails. I was forced to change to acrylic and pay more, as they had only transparent gel. The final result was nothing special and some nails are very thick and misplaced.

Worst experience. The woman who attended my appointment was completely rude. She wouldn’t listen to my needs and I had the feeling that she even pulled harder just because I told her otherwise. At some point she just stood up and left. She could not understand English not dutch and had no intention to understand. Her attitude was rude and kept speaking in her language staring at me in a hostile way. The quality of the work was nothing special and I even detected some flaws afterwards.
