Disappointing manicure: booked technician unavailable, poor communication with replacement, nails broke quickly, no drinks offered, chaotic atmosphere, rusty accessories. Unsatisfactory overall.

Great experience. It usually takes a specialist to be extra careful and attentive to do a good job as I have a particular cuticle position. I didn’t even have to mention it, she just knew what to do.
