Had half an hour delay. There was a shortage of staff. The treatment was quite uncomfortable and rushed. There was only one girl treating 3 people at the same time but I heard other staff laughing in the back.. I was quite surprised the staff also was not informed about what treatment I booked and I had to go on treatwell again. I ended up walking out with regular nail polish and no massage whereas I paid for more. I was a bit annoyed this was under treatwell top rated 2017..
