“People will not remember what you did but how you made them feel” . I’ve booked the nail biting arrangement.I was anxious about it & told her, no reaction or explanations, just bad energy. At some point I was making a face bc it was hurtful, she asked if I’m in pain I said “yes”. Then she responded by shaming me bc of my bitten nails and continued on. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I just called bc of 2 broken nails and she was again very rude. U should not be in the wellness industry.
