The beard trim was a little shorter than I originally wanted, but I'm happy with it after having it for a week or so. The barber seemed to rush at times (very quick motions with the shears, sometimes bumping me) and would grip my head tightly for stability. Other times he was thorough on some of the finer details. Overall it was fine value for the price, but if you're looking for a more gentle and deliberate process with hot towels then I'd recommend elsewhere.
