I didnt get my haircut. I arrived at Djam at 14:00 and they forgot my appointment and then gave me the blame that there was an other appointment at the same time because i should have seen that on their agenda?! Then i asked how long i had to wait but the verh grompy guy couldnt and wouldnt tell me because he was nog cutting my hair but a colleague of his, and this guy was already cutting 2 persons at the same time and there were other people waiting. So i left and will never come back

De balayage is niet natuurlijk ingezet, meer zoals highlights en ik verwacht dat de uitgroei wel snel zichtbaar wordt. Daarnaast is mijn haar niet asblond, maar een mengeling grijs en bruine strengen. Volgende keer dus maar weer gewoon naar mijn vertrouwde kapper.. het bijknippen van de punten is wel prima gedaan, dus alleen voor knippen zou ik Djam wel aanbevelen.
