The appointment was moved forward 10 minutes (via email) however, I was taken about 15 minutes later than the original appointment. There is no one to greet customers so I sat there quite a while before any acknowledgement. Staff were friendly enough when they did communicate. The eyelash tint barely made any difference. Perhaps because of the huge amount of vaseline used around the eye getting onto the lashes.
